Robert (Bob) T. Dineen

Robert T. Dineen (Bob), was born and raised in the Oakfield, Wisconsin area in a family of nine children—three girls and six boys, of which he is right in the middle. Bob had a very loving upbringing and was taught solid values and morals. His family would vacation every year for a month, traveling the states in a camper. All eleven of them plus the family dog traveled to 32 states and across Canada.

His career began with the phone company for five years, but after deregulation he began a new position at a power company as a lineman. His career drew him into management and supervising all the employees it takes to keep the lights on, and natural gas flowing to the communities in the area. He had been in management at the power company for 19 years when life took a turn.

Addiction took Bob down a path that required him to turn his life around, finding his spiritual self. He became very involved in a 12-step recovery program, which provided opportunities for spiritual growth and to help others and encourage them to live life on a better path. He’s sponsored others, helping them to find their spiritual connection also, and has been an active member of recovery since 2004.

Bob met his beautiful wife Sue in 1984 and they’ve enjoyed a very blessed life together through many difficulties and joys.

An accident in 2008 changed his perspective, and actually, there were so many blessings from this event. It gave him the realization of what was truly important in this life.

Since 2009, Bob enjoys the winter months on Sanibel Island and the summer months in beautiful Wisconsin. He’s learned to live this human life through growing spiritually from the inside out.

Nicole Timpanaro

My name is Nicole Timpanaro. I am a graduate of Villanova University where I received a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in information systems. I also have a master’s degree in the management of information systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.

I am CEO and owner of a title insurance agency, and serve on the executive board of Fighting Children’s Cancer Foundation and the board of trustees for 180 Turning Lives Around. I have three amazing children and an incredible tribe of friends and family that supports me in every way.

I wrote this chapter because I met a very kind man in a coffee shop and he told me about a book he was putting together. He said I should write a chapter. When I wrote this chapter it was the first time I had ever written about this story. I had never even spoken about it to anyone because of the shame that surrounded my anxiety and depression and where it led me. At first, I was scared to publish this, scared of what people would think of me.

I decided to publish this chapter because I’m not ashamed of my story anymore. I want other people who are suffering to know that they should not be ashamed of their mental illness. I want them to talk to someone, ask for help, and keep fighting. I am hopeful that my story may help someone and prevent them from falling as deep into the darkness as I did.

Jo Hawkins

Jo Hawkins is medical-neuroscience practitioner, RN, RM, CHN, PN, restorative and preventative healthcare therapy.

Jo started her career as a registered nurse, midwife, community health nurse, and psychiatric nurse. She branched into alternative healing, nutrition, advanced weight loss, peak performance coaching, and using the power of the subconscious mind and manifestation to get rapid results and transformation.

Jo Hawkins does some unusual work reversing diabetes, autoimmune disorders, high blood pressure, cholesterol, balancing hormones and metabolism, PTSD de-triggering, depression, longevity/anti-aging by reversing aging markers and inflammation, arthritis, food intolerance, and gut issues through treating root causes. She measures life’s building blocks, vitamin absorption, and human conscious(ness) levels.

She also utilizes scans and body imaging to assist and reintegrate mind, body, and spirit to gain results on conditions the medical profession usually declares to be irreversible and impossible. Jo believes in restoring the body to a place where it heals itself. This involves taking stress that has been encoded at cellular levels and untangling the neurochemistry that holds people back. She helps patients access their body’s “in-house” pharmacy to make their personal brain healing chemistry.

Through changing the genetic expression of disease, the still in the storm is created to achieve supernatural results. It is a strategy game that shifts reality and accelerates self-actualization.

On a physiological level, most health problems are meta-physical messages, energy blocks, or nutritional building blocks that are not bioavailable for various reasons. Jo’s research shows that supplements are not really the answer: there’s more going on. Supplements may help, but they may also be adding to digestive stress!

Jo co-authored, Power Within – The Mission and The Magic, and The Feminine Genius Archetypes ™. Jo has been nominated for Business Woman of the Year, South African Council of Business Women, and was crowned “The Most Influential” Semi-Finalist in the “Being She 2020” event in Dubai.

She has appeared on television and participated in podcasts around the world. She was featured in the documentary, There’s Got to Be More to Life. Speaker, author, trainer, healer, and therapist, Jo leads retreats, conferences, courses, and certifications. Her medical private practice is located in the beautiful Garden Route of South Africa.
